The 1,500 m² second floor at Three Park Place was transformed from a shell‑and‑core grey box into a contemporary, fully operational corporate workplace. The completed fit out delivers a flexible, efficient, and technology‑enabled environment designed to support a wide range of business functions.
This full CAT B fit out focused on creating a well‑balanced floorplate that integrates formal meeting spaces, collaborative zones, and operational work areas. The design prioritised adaptability, allowing the space to evolve with changing business needs.
Key accommodation includes:
- Multiple meeting rooms of varying sizes
- A fully equipped corporate boardroom
- Private cellular offices
- A tea station and a staff canteen designed as a dual‑use social hub and training facility
Acoustic performance was a central design driver. Treatments included:
- Acoustic foam applied to soffits within cellular offices and meeting rooms
- Timber slatted acoustic ceilings to enhance sound absorption and speech clarity
- A full sprinkler system was installed across the floor in line with fire and life safety requirements
All meeting rooms, the boardroom, and the canteen were fitted with fully integrated audiovisual systems. The enhanced AV setup within the canteen enables the space to function as a flexible training venue suitable for presentations, seminars, and large‑group sessions.
The central core was finished with acoustic timber wall lining incorporating:
- Integrated cloak storage
- Bespoke built‑in cabinetry
- Enhanced architectural detailing
